Jednalo se o dvougenera\u010dn\u00ed rodinn\u00fd d\u016fm, kter\u00fd byl pro mladou rodinu mal\u00fd a tedy bylo nutno vy\u0159e\u0161it probl\u00e9m s pokoji pro d\u011bti. Tento probl\u00e9m byl vy\u0159e\u0161en jednoduchou n\u00e1stavbou nad st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed gar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed, kde se tak vytvo\u0159il nov\u00fd prostor pro d\u011btsk\u00fd pokoj.
