Obec Sob\u011bsuky, m\u00edstn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st Milovice, se nach\u00e1z\u00ed u sam\u00e9 br\u00e1ny poho\u0159\u00ed Ch\u0159iby. Rodinn\u00fd d\u016fm byl navr\u017een tak, aby umo\u017e\u0148oval p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd v\u00fdhled na kr\u00e1snou a klidnou krajinu. Objekt domu je tvo\u0159en dv\u011bma hmotami, kter\u00e9 spole\u010dn\u011b respektuj\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed venkovskou z\u00e1stavbu a modern\u00ed pojet\u00ed domu. Vstupn\u00ed a dominantn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st domu je tvo\u0159ena sedlovou st\u0159echou s&nbsp;d\u0159ev\u011bnou fas\u00e1dou. V&nbsp;t\u00e9to \u010d\u00e1sti je situov\u00e1n hlavn\u00ed vchod, pracovna, technick\u00e9 z\u00e1zem\u00ed a schodi\u0161t\u011b do obytn\u00e9ho podkrov\u00ed. Druh\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st domu, tvo\u0159en\u00e1 jedn\u00edm podla\u017e\u00edm, je zast\u0159e\u0161en\u00e1 plochou st\u0159echou. Zde je um\u00edst\u011bn\u00e1 hlavn\u00ed obytn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st domu (ob\u00fdvac\u00ed pokoj s&nbsp;kuchyn\u00ed, koupelna a wc). Tato \u010d\u00e1st je sv\u00fdm velk\u00fdm prosklen\u00edm otev\u0159en\u00e1 na jihoz\u00e1pad odkud je p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd pohled na zdej\u0161\u00ed zalesn\u011bn\u00e9 poho\u0159\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ji\u017e d\u0159\u00edve jsme v Milovic\u00edch m\u011bli mo\u017enost pracovat na projektu ran\u010de, kter\u00fd je ji\u017e pln\u011b v provozu, zde m\u016f\u017ee zhl\u00e9dnout fotogalerii <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rancmilovice.cz\/index.php\/fotogalerie \">http:\/\/www.rancmilovice.cz\/index.php\/fotogalerie <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>V&nbsp;Milovic\u00edch na Krom\u011b\u0159\u00ed\u017esku jsme zpracovali v\u00edce n\u00e1vrh\u016f novostavby rodinn\u00e9ho domu.
