V lev\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti pod budouc\u00ed prodejnou (p\u0159i pohledu z ulice) se nyn\u00ed nach\u00e1z\u00ed sklepn\u00ed m\u00edstnost s klenbov\u00fdm stropem. T\u00edmto vznikne jedna v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00e1 plocha prodejny a zru\u0161\u00ed se tak i nevyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd sklep. \u0158e\u0161\u00ed se tak\u00e9 z\u00e1zem\u00ed prodejny spo\u010d\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed ve z\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nov\u00e9 m\u00edstnosti WC a WC se sprchov\u00fdm koutem v prostoru st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed kotelny. V prostorn\u00e9 koteln\u011b je v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b osazen pouze plynov\u00fd kotel. Navr\u017een\u00fdm rozd\u011blen\u00edm tak dojde k vyu\u017eit\u00ed tohoto jinak pr\u00e1zdn\u00e9ho prostoru.<br \/>\nStavebn\u00edmi \u00fapravami se bude tak\u00e9 zasahovat do vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho vzhledu fas\u00e1dy ze strany ulice.
